Archival Print Recording
Many of the records that are filed in the Courthouse are permanent records. These records must be accessible to the public and have a fail-safe backup in the event of vandalism, fire or flood. Archival print recording provides these features in a recording system by creating a high-quality film image of the original documents on a custom-designed camera.

Key Benefits
Fail-Safe backup is provided by printing the page that will be for public use from the film that will be used for long-term security.

The printed book is the most easily understood media for use by the general public.

The high quality film image is a very suitable source media for creating digital images in the event the county would like to supplement the recording system with an Optical Image Retrieval System.
