20/20 Cashiering System
20/20 Cashiering System is designed to manage the document workflow in the clerk/recorder's office. The 20/20 Cashiering application can function as the first process of a complete recording and imaging system, or may function as an independent application, depending on the requirement of the County.

20/20 Indexing System
20/20 Indexing System is a designed to manage the document workflow in the clerk/recorder's office. The Indexing application is designed to speed the data entry process by providing data from the Cashiering application, which means that only names and property need to be entered by the indexers.

Key Benefits
Merged, two-sided, laser printed, year-to-date and history indices are provided.

All relevant information is passed from the cashiering system to the indexing system to avoid duplicate entry.

Use of dictionaries and special function keys speed data entry.

20/20 Information Retrieval System is a powerful search engine for retrieving both data and images. The data can be retrieved using a number of different search routines.

20/20 Vitals Imaging System
20/20 Vitals Imaging System is a customizable image system for scanning, storing and retrieving birth, death and marriage records. Each type of vital record will have the index customized to fit the county requirements. The system also allows for printing these vital records on security paper.

20/20 Front-End Imaging System
20/20 Front-End Imaging System is a powerful tool for image enabling existing data processing applications. Customers that have existing data processing applications that could benefit from the availability of images can now have images scanned, stored and available for retrieval without changing any of their existing applications.
